Returns & Replacements – BLACK ELIXIR – Maison de Parfum
Most of the fragrances we offer are available directly from stock. The current stock status is shown on the product page. The following return and replacement conditions apply to all orders:
Replacement Delivery Instead of Refund
In certain cases, we prefer to offer you a free replacement delivery:
Loss of the package by the shipping service (after official confirmation by the courier service)
Incorrectly delivered item – please inform us and return the unopened item within 14 days according to our return instructions
Damaged item – please report the damage immediately and return the product within 14 days of delivery according to our return instructions
A replacement will of course be provided at no additional cost to you.
Refund
A financial refund will be issued in the following cases:
The package is considered permanently lost after extended investigation by the shipping service and you do not want a replacement item
The ordered item is no longer available and cannot be replaced
Standard Return for In-Stock Items
The regular right of withdrawal applies to immediately available products. You will receive a refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs, provided that:
the item is unopened and unused
the original packaging and seal are undamaged
Return Process
Please submit a return request through our customer service within 14 days of receiving the order and only send the goods back after receiving our instructions.
