Welcome to our payment and shipping page. Here you will find information about our delivery terms. Delivery is available within Germany and to selected European countries.
These countries include Austria, the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Sweden, Estonia, Luxembourg, Romania and the Czech Republic.
Shipping cost overview
Our shipping costs include statutory VAT.
Within Germany, we calculate shipping costs based on your order value. For orders up to €99.95, shipping costs are €4.95.
Orders over €99.95 qualify for free shipping.
International shipping
For shipments abroad, we charge a flat shipping fee of €13.99 per shipment for all listed countries.

Delivery times and shipping details
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, delivery within Germany takes 2-4 business days. International deliveries take 5-7 business days.
Please note that Sundays and public holidays are not considered delivery days. If multiple items with different delivery times have been ordered, we will ship them together.
In this case, the delivery time depends on the item with the longest delivery time.
The minimum order value for a shipment of goods is €99.95.

Further information on payment
If you pay directly by credit card, your account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract. This also applies to payments made without using a payment service provider.
This allows us to process your order quickly and prepare it for shipment.
