Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at our online perfume store. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer you the option of a refund under the following conditions:
Return Conditions
- The return must be made within 14 days of cancellation.
- The perfume must be in its original packaging.
Return Instructions
- Contact our customer service to obtain a return authorization.
- Carefully pack the product in its original packaging.
- Include all related documents and shipping labels.
- Send the package to the address specified in the return authorization.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund using the original payment method. This may take up to 14 business days.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds for perfumes that have already been opened or used. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
