Application
Apply evenly to cleansed skin depending on the product type:
Serum: Apply to face, neck, and décolleté before day or night care.
Cream / Lotion: Gently massage in morning and evening after cleansing.
Eye Care: Gently tap in around the eye area with fingertips, avoiding direct contact with eyes.
Eye Pads: Place on cleansed skin under the eyes in the morning and/or evening, press lightly, leave on for 10–15 minutes, then remove and gently tap in any residue.

Loss of the package by the shipping service (after official confirmation by the courier service)
Incorrectly delivered item – please inform us and return the unopened item within 14 days according to our return instructions
