Application

Hand cream: Apply a small amount to cleansed hands and massage in until fully absorbed. For optimal results, use regularly in the morning and/or evening.
Eye care: Gently tap around the eye area with fingertips, avoiding direct contact with the eyes.

Most of the fragrances we offer are available directly from stock. The current stock status is shown on the product page. The following return and replacement conditions apply to all orders:
Replacement Delivery Instead of Refund
In certain cases, we prefer to offer you a free replacement delivery:
Loss of the package by the shipping service (after official confirmation by the courier service)
Incorrectly delivered item – please inform us and return the unopened item within 14 days according to our return instructions
Damaged item – please report the damage immediately and return the product within 14 days of delivery according to our return instructions
A replacement will of course be provided at no additional cost to you.
Refund
A financial refund will be issued in the following cases:
The package is considered permanently lost after extended investigation by the shipping service and you do not want a replacement item
