Payment and Delivery

The following conditions apply:

Delivery takes place within the country (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Sweden, Estonia, Luxembourg, Romania, Czech Republic .

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within the country (Germany): 

We calculate shipping costs based on the order value (gross merchandise value):

- Goods value up to €39.95 = €4.95

From an order value of €39.95, we deliver free of shipping costs.

We charge flat-rate shipping costs for international deliveries as follows:

Delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within the country (Germany) takes place within 2-4 working days, for international deliveries within 5-7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one combined shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

The minimum order value is: €39.95.
