Hydrate Isotonic H30 Drink Fuel

Hydrate Isotonic GoldNutrition®  -  [H30]  -  is  an isotonic drink that provides minerals and sugars, ideal for  consumption  during  physical  activity.  Its  formula contains  a combination  of  different  types  of  sugars (glucose,  fructose  and  maltodextrin),  with  a  2:1 glucose-fructose  ratio,  which  allows  for  optimized absorption.  It  also  contains  a  good  concentration  of minerals such as sodium and magnesium. Unlike most isotonic  drinks  on  the  market,  Hydrate Isotonic GoldNutrition® does not contain artificial sweeteners.

HOW/ WHEN TO TAKE:
Drink during exercise, taking small sips every 15 – 20 minutes. Until 2 hours of training take 1 serving per hour, between the second and third hour of training take 2 servings, after 3 hours of training take 3 servings per hour. 

To prepare each drink, add 2 levelled scoops (35 g) to each 500 ml of water. Stir well. This  product  can  be  taken  continuously  during  the  entire  sporting  season,  if  necessary  and  during  breaks  or interruptions. Can be used from 15 years of age with dose adjustment.
